The socio economic development of the region requires the mobilization and effective use of the necessary economic resources, in which labor resources occupy a leading position. The purpose of the study is to study the peculiarities of the formation of the labor resources of the region and the trends of their development in order to develop measures to improve the efficiency of their use.
